We like making complicated things feel manageable.
We’re the husband-and-wife team behind Cosmati. Micaela brings a background in social work and a thoughtful, people-first perspective. Aaron is an infrastructure engineer. Together, we help you make sense of the systems behind your business.
We work with service business owners, wellness practitioners and creators who need those systems to keep up, with a little more clarity and a lot less chasing.
Our name comes from the Cosmati craftsmen of Rome, who fitted individual pieces of stone into enduring patterns. That care for how the pieces connect is the idea behind our work.
